The author makes a case for her claim as the rightful Queen of England as a Royal Stuart, and declares that a DNA test will prove this out. She states that she also has a claim on the United States through the land claim made by King Henry VII through his proxy John Cabot wherein he claimed the American mainland for himself and his heirs.
